Attached to the CEO of the holding company, my role is to set the operational and investment objectives and to ensure their achievements.
ASMA INVEST company has recently moved towards the agriculture and agri-food sector with the intention of extending these areas; currently 800 ha (Benslimane, Beni Mellal, Azilal, Taounate and Meknes) with a vertical integration.
Achievements :
- Development of technical programs and optimization of operations: very significant increase in production (annual crops + 20%, olive + 250%, citrus fruits + 500%)
- Diagnosis and optimization of production tools including the irrigation system;
- Definition of the tasks and responsibilities of the collaborators;
- Establishment of internal control and management procedures;
- Implementation of upstream and downstream reporting;
- Budget preparation and monitoring;
- Participation in the development of the group's development strategy;
- Look for and study new opportunities for the group.
Farmer, 9/2016 to today
From the third quarter of 2016, I started small agricultural projects and a company specializing in information system, with partners.
Projects completed or in progress are:
- Blueberries and Raspberries farm – Larache
- Rosacea farm (apples and pears) - Midelt
- Pomegranate and persimmon farm - Béni Mellal
The company specialized in information system assists the entities mainly agricultural, to implement the IT solutions regarding their needs as well as to offer them adapted products for collecting and managing of the analytical data on their exploitations.

Assisting several companies (Gharb and Marrakech) to implement technical and management practices as well as financial and development strategy.
General Manager of Domaines ACIL, a subsidiary of the Holding Theora – Rabat. 2004 - 2016
General Manager of several farms -3600 Ha- : my first goal was to optimize the existing. Two years later, I have implemented a development strategy aimed at investing in agricultural sectors with better added value with the objectives of diversification and vertical integration.
Achievements :
- Leading a team of public-private partnership projects in the agricultural and agri-industrial sectors, with attribution ;
- Optimizing the production system with an average profit growth of 250% over 2 years ;
- Establishing a strategic development plan of the company with achieving goals ;

Member of the Board of Directors, my role was to participate in the establishment of effictive governance, to seek new opportunities, to headhund human ressources, and to guarantee the financing and the establishment processes for the achievement of objectives. This experience allows me to work on several sectors in which the Holding operates, mainly in agriculture, real estate promotion, auto-sector and retailing.

Responsible for several farms ; i was in charge of budgeting and achieving the formulated objectives.
